This sign can also be made with index finger pointing straight out along side of folded middle finger and thumb straight up against knuckle of index finger. See 'VCT' in this dictionary for a demonstration.

Description

Middle, ring and little fingers are folded down across palm. Thumb is pointing up against side of middle finger. Index finger is folded over top of the tip of thumb. Palm is facing out.
